Meghan Markle's Security Shuts Down Fan Photos at Wimbledon

The first official photos from Baby Archie’s christening are here, and they’re (almost) too cute for words

Piers Morgan labelled it "an absolute joke" that Meghan Markle "requested for people not to take pictures of her" while she watched Serena Williams play at Wimbledon.

But according to one spectator, while Meghan, 37, was watching the match on Centre Court her staff were ordering those nearby not to take snaps of her.

The 37-year-old royal, who was known as Meghan Markle before she married Prince Harry in May 2018, is said to be holding discussions with editor-in-chief Anna Wintour about having a regular column in both the United States and United Kingdom editions of the publication.

Body language expert Judi James told The Daily Mail that Middleton even looked "ready to flee".

When asked if Meghan herself might make an appearance in the last season, Korsh said, "You never know".

"I was an altar boy at age 12, a confirmed member of the Queen's church at age 14, and Archie is my new grandson, of course I would have enjoyed being there for the blessing, wishing Archie and his parents' health and happiness". They're not just talking about how adorable the two-month-old looked, though. "It's childish and takes us for fools".

Annoyance at the royal family's high running tab is nothing new, and just as every government has its detractors and assorted folks who want to dismantle the whole established system, so are there folks who think the crown has outlived its usefulness and is now just exploiting an archaic tradition.

That said, a palace source tells The Daily Telegraph that "It's not unusual for people accompanying Members of the Royal Family at private, or public, events to ask members of the public not to take photographs".

"It goes with the territory".

They have also chosen not to publicly name Archie's godparents, describing them as private citizens and not celebrities.

"However, if people in the crowd are taking photos from their seats, there is clearly no threat, and it is not the Royal Protection Officers' job to prohibit photography".

The christening comes as Meghan and Harry face continued and growing backlash surrounding the event, as they insisted it be kept private.
