Trump Hits Joe Biden for 2020 Gaffe: ‘Another Low I.Q. Individual!’

President Donald Trump on Monday referred to former Vice President Joe Biden as "another low I.Q. individual", after Biden misspoke Saturday and nearly said he was running for president. "Of anybody who would run".

It's no secret that Biden may be close to declaring a 2020 presidential bid.

"I have the most progressive record of anybody running for the United -" he said, before catching himself and saying "anybody who would run" for president. However, cheers from the crowd drowned out Mr Biden's correction.

Added Trump: "Get used to it, another low I.Q. individual!"

In his speech that night, Biden criticized Mr. Trump for using language that he believes stoke fear and division.
