Six Nations: Twickenham should hold no fear for Scots - leader comment

Go with the Joe Cokanasiga impressed against Italy

England head coach Eddie Jones has named his team to play Scotland in their last 2019 Guinness Six Nations match at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday.

Only five days earlier the 18-stones Bath battering ram was named man for the match for swatting aside Italian defenders easily in a performance that Sir Clive Woodward declared evoked memories of Jonah Lomu.

Taking his place in the No 14 jersey is Jack Nowell, who has recovered from a shoulder stinger injury, with Ben Te'o picked as replacement threequarter cover.

Cokanasiga is not out of the picture, though, with Jones expecting the 21-year-old to play a crucial role when England travel to Japan later this year.

"We have had a good preparation and the side is going to be in a great state to play against Scotland on Saturday". We just feel it's right for him this week to not be involved in the matchday squad.

"He (Cokanasiga) is a young player and we don't need to rush him". We'll bring him through carefully and he's got a long career ahead of him.

The Australian added: "We've got a good plan in place for him". "It's another game. We're defending the Calcutta Cup, which is massive for us".

Cici's is offering an adult buffet for $3.14 with the purchase of another adult buffet and a large drink, with this coupon only. Fresh Brothers , which has locations throughout southern California, is offering personal pizzas for $3.14 on Pi Day .

Ben Te'o drops to the bench, with Jones opting for a more traditional midfield balance of guile and strength following last week's power-packed duo.

In total there are four changes in personnel to the XV that battered Italy 57-14 at Twickenham with Ben Moon restored at loosehead prop and Mark Wilson displacing Brad Shields at blindside flanker.

Ben Youngs will become England's most-capped scrumhalf in making his 85th appearance, one more than Danny Care on the all-time list.

Wales will lift the title if they beat Ireland, with three bonus points awarded for completing a Grand Slam.

"It's the last week of the tournament so it's exciting".

"If we impose our game on Scotland it'll be pretty tough for them", said Jones, whose team finished fifth last season after losing their last three games and then lost two in a row against South Africa. Jones explained his logic, saying: "With young players, particularly in this environment, you've got to look after them".

England will be crowned Six Nations champions should they defeat Scotland by a bonus point and Wales lose to Ireland in Cardiff.
