Britain's Theresa May seeks more time from MPs for Brexit talks
He has faced growing criticism for failing to sign more deals, and for appearing to criss-cross the globe to little effect. The EU has 40 agreements, covering trade with 71 different countries, that would need to be rolled over.

The Delhi government has ordered a magisterial probe into the matter, home minister Satyendar Jain said.

Fire fighters searched rooms and toilets to ensure that no one was left trapped, Mishra said. According to eyewitnesses, most deaths were caused due to suffocation.

Those staying in the hotel included a group of tourists from Myanmar, broadcaster NDTV said, adding that the authorities were trying to locate them.

Generally, four floors are allowed for such establishments, the minister said.
