Singer Mika Singh detained in UAE over sexual harassment charges: Report

But a source in the Indian Ministry of External Affairs confirmed that Mika had been detained for questioning after the 17-year-old girl lodged a complaint of harassment.

The singer was in Dubai for his music show, reports said.

He is now in the custody of Dubai police.

One of the most popular singers in Bollywood, Mika Singh on Thursday was detained by authorities in UAE after a minor girl alleged that he harassed her. Apparently, Singh was arrested at 3 am in the morning from a bar located in Bur Dubai.

The "Subah Ho Na De" hitmaker was last seen on stage at a Bollywood awards ceremony followed by a performance at a private party.
