Steelers WR Antonio Brown cited for reckless driving

Antonio Brown was charged with reckless driving the day of Pittsburgh’s ‘Thursday Night Football’ game. More

Steve Korbel the President of Ross Township Board of Commissioners joined Robert Mangino to talk about Steeler's player Antonio Brown getting pulled over for driving 100 miles per hour on McKnight Road this morning.

Ross Township police stopped Brown without incident after he was spotted doubling the speed limit on McKnight Road, a multi-lane central artery running through the middle of the north Pittsburgh suburb.

Cops determined Brown was NOT the bank robber - so they cited him for reckless driving and sent him on his way.

WPXI released new video late Thursday showing police pursuing Brown's vehicle.

Brown was reportedly cited for reckless driving, which can lead to a six-month license suspension and a small fine in Pennsylvania, according to CBS Pittsburgh. The officer pulled the driver over and found it to be Brown.

Earlier this year, Brown was sued for allegedly throwing furniture off a 14th-floor balcony. A second lawsuit was filed by the unit's landlord, charging that the wide receiver damaged the unit and didn't pay for the damages.

A Steelers spokesman said the team is aware of the situation and gathering information.
