Chelsea star Michy Batshuayi joins Spanish side Valencia on loan

Chelsea duo Michy Batshuayi and Kurt Zouma have both left Chelsea on season-long loans

This will be the striker's second loan stint after he spent the second half of last season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, where he netted nine goals.

Chelsea and Valencia have reportedly reached an agreement in principle over the loan of Michy Batshuayi.

Batshuayi joined Chelsea in July 2016 for a fee in the region of £33m and has scored 19 times in 53 games.

Rumours recently surfaced of a loan move to Spanish club, Valencia, and Batshuayi seems to have confirmed the move is happening by posting a Bat emoji on his Twitter page - a Bat is featured on Valencia's crest.

The SEC's official note on the decision delay can be found here. "It will take a long time before we see SEC approve ETFs". The SEC has since said it would make final decisions on nine such proposals within the next two months, by September 30.

The 24-year-old striker is behind Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud in the pecking order at Chelsea and Sevilla want to explore the chance to sign him according to Goal.

Zouma joined Chelsea from Saint-étienne in January 2014 and made 71 appearances for the Blues first team.

The defender only managed just 13 appearances in their title-winning 2016-17 season before being sent out on loan to Stoke City on loan last season.

As well as receiving the call-up to the Belgium national squad that eventually achieved third place at this summer's World Cup in Russia, Batshuayi has scored eight worldwide goals in nearly 20 appearances.
