Twenty One Pilots have announced a new world tour in support of their upcoming fifth studio album, Trench, with both ventures launching in October.

The band's new album TRENCH will arrive on October 5. Big news day indeed.

Twenty One Pilots are Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun.

Live Nation pre-sale tickets will be available from 2pm on July 18 with general release tickets on sale from 10am July 20.

Joseph and Dun will plays shows in the US, Australia, Russia, Europe, the United Kingdom and Ireland over the coming months, with full details below. Up next is 'Nico And The Niners' which sounds like the successor to the duo's previous hits like 'Stressed Out' and 'Heathens'.

The alt-rock band took a year-long break to create new music starting in July 2017, and disappeared from social media and interviews.

According to Billboard, as of March 2018, Blurryface has become the first album in history to have every track receive a Gold certification from the RIAA.

In December they will visit Australia and New Zealand before resuming in Europe in late January, 2019.
