Restricted free agent Jabari Parker, the No. 2 overall in the 2014 NBA Draft, is reportedly interested in joining the Chicago Bulls.

If Parker were to rebound well from injury and take the necessary steps in his development, the Bull's decision to poach would rank as one of the shrewdest moves in National Basketball Association history, but lets not get ahead of ourselves.

Parker, who has spent his first four National Basketball Association seasons with the Bucks, is now a restricted free agent.

Parker, the No. 2 pick in the 2014 National Basketball Association draft, has averaged 15.3 points and 5.5 rebounds over four seasons. But, he has struggled with injuries throughout his career.

Parker, a native of Chicago, averaged 12.6 points and 4.9 rebounds per game for the Bucks this past season.

Parker is now a restricted free agent and the Bucks have extended him the one-year qualifying offer of $4.3 million.
