It is the USA president's first visit to the United Kingdom since he won the election and he will meet with both Theresa May at Chequers and the Queen in Windsor.

Its advice to US citizens was to "keep a low profile" and "exercise caution if unexpectedly in the vicinity of large gatherings that may become violent".

Trump arrives in Britain on Thursday after a North Atlantic Treaty Organisation summit and thousands of protesters are expected to join demonstrations during his visit, including plans to fly a blimp over parliament portraying Trump as an orange, snarling baby.

"It's really kind of irrelevant to what we're trying to do and I don't think certainly it doesn't express the opinion of the British people I met", he said.

Trump will travel by helicopter once there, making it unlikely he'll see protests firsthand.

It's just been announced: "Donald Trump is coming to Britain on a state visit later this year", reads a Facebook event description for a protest planned July 13-14 that has about 60,000 saying they will attend.

After his royal appointment, the president and Mrs Trump will travel on to Scotland. Thousands of people are expected to turn out.

Each season they advanced to the NCAA Tournament under Steve Lavin and reached the regional semifinals in his final three seasons. Knight's official cause of death has yet to be determined, but will be examined by the Maricopa County Medical Examiner.

Mr Trump sparked a backlash when he tweeted: "At least 7 dead and 48 wounded in terror attack and Mayor of London says there is "no reason to be alarmed!"

Mr Trump will then hold a press conference, before travelling on to Windsor Castle in order to meet with the Queen.

A Facebook event called "Trump not welcome - make noise as he arrives" plans to protest right outside where the president will be staying - the US Ambassador's residence in Regent's Park - when he checks in on the evening of Jul 12.

The two leaders will hold talks the following day at Chequers, the 16th-century manor house which is the prime minister's official country residence which will focus on Russian Federation, trade, Brexit and Middle East.

"There is no stronger alliance than that of our special relationship with the US and there will be no alliance more important in the years ahead", May said in a statement.

Ahead of Mr Trump's visit, Mrs May said: "As two nations - we are safer, more prosperous and more creative when we work together and I am looking forward to this week's important discussions".

John Scardino, 58, a high school teacher from the United States who has lived in Britian for 18 years and will be at Friday's protests in London, is dubious that the embassy alert would have any effect on crowd size.
