Liverpool's Loris Karius commits another blunder in friendly win over Tranmere

The Reds arrive at Prenton Park and head out to check out the surroundings

It appears as though Loris Karius still hasn't got his Champions League nightmare out of his head after he committed another awful error in Liverpool's pre-season match at Tranmere.

Goals from Adam Lallana, Rafael Camacho and Ojo were enough to hand Liverpool the victory, and the latter really staked his claim to be involved with the first-team next term.

But after Karius was introduced at the interval he was beaten twice as the hosts battled back into the game, the German goalkeeper at fault for the first of their goals.

Liverpool emerged as 3-2 victors but in his second appearance since the Champions League final - when his two mistakes cost Jurgen Klopp's side - Karius made a big error. We can't make a story after each mistake. Our job is to perform and you do what you do and that is part of the deal.

Ben Tollitt, who appears to be a Liverpool supporter, could be seen mouthing an insult at Karius after he dropped the clanger.

Hazard will replace Ronaldo at Real Madrid unless told one thing
Manchester United also like Willian, who worked with Old Trafford chief Jose Mourinho in west London. Sarri has made it clear to the Chelsea leaders that he does not want either of the two to leave.

The Reds have kicked off their campaign with friendly wins against Chester and Tranmere Rovers, although the Rovers game was closer than manager Jurgen Klopp would have liked.

Speaking to Liverpool FC's website, Klopp said: "I'm not sure if I should have expected something different but it [the reception from fans] was nice, absolutely nice".

"Two brilliant footballers make mistakes but we only talk about one".

On the match, Klopp continued: "Apart from the goals [conceded] everything was pretty much good. I would say the second one but we don't talk about that". "That's the situation - 3-2, nobody injured and everybody had 45 minutes [of] intensity That's what we wanted".
