Ashley Iaconetti And Jared Haibon Got Engaged Where It All Began

SU alum Ashley Iaconetti gets engaged on 'Bachelor in Paradise' (photos)

ABC announced on Monday that Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are engaged.

But after those shortlived relationships ended, Haibon finally chose to pursue Iaconetti back in March, and he did it by writing her a very romantic love letter.

They originally sparked a relationship back in 2015 on Bachelor in Paradise, but Jared didn't feel the same feelings that Ashley felt. Iaconetti was unavailable for the first time and that woke Jared up. Jared popped the question on Sunday, June 17, while the couple was in Mexico for the upcoming fifth season of ABC's Bachelor in Paradise. She built a following with her flair for the dramatic, crying nonstop after being rejected on "BiP" by Haibon, who appeared on season 11 of "The Bachelorette" with Kaitlyn Bristowe.

"He is my person", Iaconetti told fellow "Bachelor" alum Ben Higgins on their "Almost Famous" podcast on Tuesday.

Russian Federation ‘know how to stop’ Egypt’s Salah
The bold promise highlights a new swagger that had been missing from the host nation's team for much of the past year. Russia's veteran goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev said he would rather focus on winning than any particular opposing player.

According to ET, Iaconetti had most recently been dating her "Bachelor: Winter Games" co-star Kevin Wendt, but they split in March shortly after the Olympics-themed spinoff series aired. "He is my soul mate".

There was no word on whether the two will have a televised wedding, but after all the angst fans have witnessed between them there might be a riot in Bachelor Nation if they don't get hitched on TV.

"That was such a different experience being with someone in the show and in real life".

In addition to Bachelor in Paradise AU, Haibon previously appeared the USA version of The Bachelorette.
