He says he was the victim of a racial slur at a La Canada Flintridge Starbucks on Tuesday afternoon, a picture of which was sent to us on our Fox 11 Los Angeles Facebook page by a friend.

"Free diversity training for @Starbucks", Torres tweeted, including an image of herself with two men labeled "human beings" while taking a jab at the company by showing separate images labeled "beans" and "coffee beans". The barista called his name when his order was ready, NBC said.

Starbucks announced in April it plans to close more than 8,000 stores in the USA on May 29th for racial education training.
