Video: Broward Sheriff Releases Footage Of Deputy Outside During Parkland Shooting

These audio recordings show that Peterson quickly zeroed in on the building where the massacre occurred - something backed up by the video, which shows him arriving at the structure two minutes after the gunfire began - and then seemingly focusing on the building in what he reported over the radio.

The 54-year-old Peterson, who retired instead of agreeing to a suspension, is still being investigated by the sheriff department's office of internal affairs.

The Broward County, Florida Sheriff's Office publicly released surveillance video Thursday that shows Deputy Scot Peterson remained outside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School with his handgun drawn as a gunman went on a shooting rampage inside that killed 17 people.

Cruz has been largely isolated since the shooting, according to jail records made public by the Broward County sheriff's office last week.

Broward County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Levenson, in an eight-page order released Monday, said the videos could be released without imperiling the school's security system or endangering the investigation into the massacre.

Nikolas Cruz was charged with 17 counts of first degree premeditated murder and 17 counts of first degree attempted murder.

State prosecutors have said they will seek the death penalty in the case.

An MGM spokesperson offered no comment on the media report. "It would be foolish of me to give any of it away", Boyle added. Boyle previously directed the opening ceremony of the London Oympics in 2012, which featured Daniel Craig as Bond .

Assistant Public Defender Melisa McNeill repeated that Nikolas Cruz would plead guilty if prosecutors waived the death penalty, which they refused to do.

Cruz was brought into the hearing Wednesday afternoon by a phalanx of officers who stood around him while he stared down at his shackled hands.

New 911 calls from Parkland paint a picture of the chaotic scene during February's school shooting. "They are bleeding. They are all going to die", a teenage girl calling from classroom 1215 said through tears and heavy breathing. "He is upstairs now". About 275 students from a half dozen Broward County high schools, some of whom walked more than 15 miles (24 km), demanded an end to gun violence. She said Cruz did not have access to any money at this time.

As they clear each of the building's three floors, the officers describe seeing shell casings on the floor and bullet holes in the windows.

The officers found wounded victims and bodies, and they prioritized evacuating the wounded before allowing other students and teachers to leave.

Cruz was arrested a few blocks away from the school.
