Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald Gets A New Teaser Trailer

Fantastic Beasts

The official trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald has been released, and Harry Potter fans are buzzing about what they saw.

At one point the father-of-five can be seen standing on a rooftop with Eddie Redmayne, who plays Newt Scamander.

The new film sees Ezra Miller return as disturbed child Credence Barebone, Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein, Alison Sudol as Queenie Goldstein, Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski and Carmen Ejogo as Seraphina Picquery. Check it out above.

J.K. Rowling posthumously outed Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore as gay in the Harry Potter series, so fans were hoping to get more insight into the mage's romantic life with the Fantastic Beasts prequels.

On the heels of the film's brand new trailer, Warner Bros. has now released a new poster and complete synopsis for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

A brand new trailer for the sequel to JK Rowling's Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them has just dropped. They're joined by Claudia Kim, Zoe Kravitz, Callum Turner, with Jude Law as Dumbledore and Johnny Depp as the titular Grindelwald. However, most don't know what he's really up to: he wants to raise pure-blood wizards to rule over all the non-magical beings on the planet.

Needless to say, it has kicked off a series of conflicts across the world, as Grindelwald emerges from the shadows to terrorize the wizarding community with his awful hair once again. But Newt doesn't realize how unsafe this mission will be, and battle lines are drawn within the increasingly fractured wizarding world.

It looks like this film franchise is only going to get better, and I can not wait to finally see the first trailer.

David Heyman, J.K. Rowling, Steve Kloves and Lionel Wigram are producing the film, with Tim Lewis, Neil Blair, Rick Senat and Danny Cohen serving as executive producers.

Now that Warner Bros.
