Russian Federation tests new Su-57 stealth fighter over war-weary Syrian skies

Vlad has a secret fortune that could be worth billions

Although neither any official from Russian Federation nor Syria have commented on the video or confirmed the testing phase of the stealth fighter plane, the military analysts were surprised to see the video footage. It's a deployment that could potentially increase the level of danger to U.S. forces operating inside the country.

Russia's Sputnik Newsquoted a lawmaker who was coy about confirming the deployment of Su-57s to Syria, but said if they have been deployed, they would be sending a "political message" and serving as a deterrent against "aircraft from neighboring states which periodically fly into Syria" without properly requesting permission from the Assad government.

Russia's move comes despite a promise from President Vladimir Putin to scale back Russia's military commitment in the country. Adrian Rankine-Galloway told CNN.

According to recent reports in the US Media, the Russian Su-57 Fighter Jet is making test runs over Syria.

U.S. officials estimate 500 pro-regime troops were involved in the attack on a compound where both United States troops and their allies in the Syrian Democratic Forces were stationed.

A video has emerged purportedly showing two Su-57s operating from Russia's Khmeimim Airbase in Syria.

"We do not consider these jets to be a threat to our operations in Syria, and will continue to deconflict operations as necessary", he promised, calling upon all parties to "remain focused on defeating [Islamic State] ISIS, de-escalating and resolving the Syrian conflict, and protecting innocent civilians".

Russian media reported details of air force and naval reinforcements sent by Moscow during the last two days to Syria, in a major shift from previous directions to reduce the Russian military presence in Syria.

Russian Federation is renowned for using the Syrian civil war as an opportunity to test its latest military technology, which has resulted in a rise in arms sales.

Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov revealed on February 8 that the ministry is going to sign a contract for the first squadron of 12 Su-57s in 2018.
