Loss to Patriots may very well be finish of Taylor period

Even Patriots enjoy watching Tyrod Taylor's'tremendous growth in light of Week 13 showdown vs. Bills

Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor was carted off the field during the fourth quarter of his team's matchup against the rival New England Patriots on Sunday afternoon.

He was first injured Sunday on the Bills' first offensive play, but he continued to play.

By video, it does not appear Taylor's left knee injury is serious.

Prior to leaving the game, Taylor had completed 9 of 18 passes for 65 yards. Taylor's injury had the looks of a potential season-ender.

Taylor has started 11 of the Bills' 12 games this season.
