Spring Herbison Bowlin posted a photo on Facebook showing a man counting his change with the cashier.

A Walmart customer said her "heart was warmed" during a recent visit. He became flustered after miscounting the change, having to start over.

She said his hands and voice were shaking as he pulled out handfuls of coins from his pockets.

An older man had his items scanned and was given a total by the cashier.

"I'm sorry", the man said.
