FOX23 got a copy of the subpoena that was sent to Oklahoma State University from the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District Court of NY.

A NY grand jury reportedly subpoenaed Oklahoma State last month, seeking information from the university related to the FBI investigation into Lamont Evans, one of the assistant coaches linked to the corruption scandal that has rocked college basketball.

The subpoena, filed by federal prosecutors in NY, requests the personnel file of fired assistant coach Lamont Evans, plus NCAA certification forms for all players on the current team. Among the items being sought include text messages, social media messages, computer records, the personnel file of Evans, and all documents and communications pertaining to financial aid for all current student athletes on Oklahoma State's men's basketball team.

The grand jury is also demanding any evidence of communication between the Oklahoma State coaching staff and financial advisers Christian Dawkins, Martin Blazer and Munish Sood, according to The Oklahoman, and any communication with the parent of a current player. The school has until October 17 to comply with the FBI's subpoena, either by supplying the information or sending an employee to New York City to testify in front of a grand jury.
